Add a logo without forking the engine

  1. Start with a Website URL (or switch payload type if you need Wi-Fi, vCard, etc.).
  2. Open Design → Logo, upload a local image, and tune size/margin.
  3. Keep strong contrast between modules and background.
  4. Run QR Lab analysis and a stress test before print.
  5. Export PNG/SVG or a Print Studio size for physical use.

Logos reduce scan margin — measure, don’t guess

Clearing modules behind a mark helps, but it is not a guarantee. Avoid simplistic claims like “H error correction means you can cover 30%.” QRburst’s Lab scores configuration risk and can stress-test under blur, glare, and obstruction so you decide with evidence.

Local logo processing

Images stay in the browser for validation and rendering. They are not uploaded to QRburst as part of generation. MIME, size, and dimension limits still apply — SVG logo upload is only available if the existing security model allows it.

Frequently asked questions

Does a logo change what the QR encodes?
No. The logo is a visual overlay. The payload (URL or other type) stays whatever you enter in the form. Changing branding does not create a redirect or analytics link.
How large can the logo be?
QRburst limits logo size and can clear modules behind it, but larger logos still reduce robustness. Use QR Lab stress tests and Print Studio — do not assume a single error-correction level makes any coverage “safe.”
